Plans and limits
What each plan allows, and what happens when you change.
What each plan includes
| Plan | Monitors | Extra regions | Status pages | Team members | Servers |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 20 | None | 1 | 1 | Not included |
| Starter | 50 | 2 | 3 | Unlimited | Not included |
| Pro | 150 | 9 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Not included |
| Business | 400 | 9 | Unlimited | Unlimited | 10 |
And how often checks can run, with how long results are kept:
| Plan | Fastest check interval | History kept |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 minutes | 7 days |
| Starter | 1 minute | 30 days |
| Pro | 30 seconds | 365 days |
| Business | 30 seconds | 730 days |
These tables are generated from the same plan records the application enforces, so they cannot drift from what you will actually be allowed to do.
Hitting a limit
Creating something past your plan's allowance is refused with a message saying which limit you reached. Nothing is silently dropped or created-but-disabled.
Paused monitors still count. Revoked servers do not.
Changing plan
Billing goes through Stripe. From Settings → Billing you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel, and reach the Stripe portal to change a card or get invoices.
An upgrade takes effect immediately.
Downgrading
Be careful here, and check before you do it rather than after: the monitor limit is enforced when a monitor is created, so a downgrade can leave you holding more monitors than the new plan includes. Which of them keep running is not something this page will guess at — if you are downgrading with more monitors than the new plan allows, delete or pause the ones you do not need first, so you decide the outcome.
The same care applies to regions, status pages, seats and servers.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops the subscription at the end of the paid period. Your data stays until the account is deleted — see your account.
