Your account

Profile, password, support tickets, and deleting your account for good.

Profile and password

Profile holds your name and email. Changing your email changes where your own notifications go, and may need the new address verified.

Change your password from the same place. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password on the login page — the link it emails is single-use and expires.

Support tickets

Support → New ticket from inside the app. Tickets carry your account details, which saves a round trip of us asking who you are.

Say what you expected, what happened, and which monitor or server it concerns. A monitor's name and the time something happened are usually enough for us to find the rest.

You will get replies by email and can also read them in the app.

Deleting your account

Permanent, and not reversible. Think of it as the opposite of cancelling: the data goes.

Before you do it, consider whether you want to export anything. Check results and incident history are gone afterwards, and we cannot get them back.

If you are the only Owner of a team, deleting your account affects that team. Transfer ownership first if anyone else is using it.

Signing out everywhere

Changing your password signs out other sessions. If you think an account has been accessed, change the password, then review your API keys and enrollment tokens — those are separate credentials and a password change does not revoke them.
